Last June 9, 2017 at the Kabayan Hotel, Manila. Life@Work Consultansy Management & Sir Olan “Oi” Ignacio introduced itself to the media thru a Media Launch at the function room of the said hotel.
Sir Olan “Oi” Ignacio is a motivational speaker and life coach wanted to reach out to more people and to do more good and thus at that afternoon, they organized the said event.

Life@Work Management Consultancy is the consultancy group of Sir Oi Ignacio that focuses on “motivational speaking”, “inspirationals”, “career enhancement”, “life coaching” & basically “self help”. 

The philosophy that Sir Oi Ignacio advances and wishes to teach the world and hopefully be benefitted from his “unorthodox” (it is not picked up from a sole thinker), is “eclectic” (picks up and stitches from various useful wisdoms), is “experiential” (and not “theoretical”), is “universal” (anyone can utilize and be benefited from it), is “captivating” (due to the speakers Charisma and humour). Sir Oi is not merely a Stephen Covey, or a Francis Kong, or a Bo Sanchez --- he is his own brand of “self help” and “self improvement”.

Sir Oi Igancio started from humble beginnings. He came from nothing. A screen shot found in their website writes: “coming from humble beginnings, he had a grandfather who was a scavenger, a grandmother and parents who were just street sweepers, making his economic status fall under the poorest of the poor category.” Sir Oi Ignacio has achieved so much in stark contra-distinction and stark comparison to where he comes from.

He advances the slogan: “G. A. M. E. --- Goal, Attraction, & Mind-Mapping Exercise.” And an interview with Today Online staffs quickly clarifies that the 2nd word is not exactly the same with the New Age Thinking of Law of Attraction or Cognitive Mentalism being advanced by Rhonda Bhyrnes. “marami tayo iniisip, di naman nagkakatotoo,” Sir Oi explains to Today Online.

Sir Oi Ignacio has produced numerous leaders in various industries and sectors of Philippine Society and thou he did not earn from this, it can  be considered a significant achievement.

Being true to being a “EnterTrainer” (a neologism formed from Entertainment + Trainer, to connote both meanings), the media at that afternoon was graced and given a sample of his Ventriloquism skills. Ventriloquism, he explains, is “the throwing of your voice” … to make it look like coming from somewhere or someone else. The media laughed at the ventriloquist performance.

Sir Oi challenges the media, which is his primary partner at advancing the life lessons, that we need to “think global. Act local.”
