2017 PUBLIC SECTOR HR SYMPOSIUM "SHAPING CHANGE"

Join the 2017 Public Sector HR Symposium with the theme, “SHAPING CHANGE” which will be held on July 4-6, 2017 in Pasay City.  Please register online to be included in the Registry of Participants.



Registration Fee is Php9,600.00 per participant (exclusive of accommodation).

Check payment/LDDAP-ADA is preferred and made payable or credited to the following bank account:

Indicate the name of participant/s, agency and 2017 Public Sector HR Symposium in the Deposit Slip. Scanned copy of proof of payment shall be emailed at 2017hrsymposium@gmail.com for issuance of official receipt.

Registration shall only be considered CONFIRMED UPON PAYMENT of the Registration Fee.  Registration shall automatically close upon reaching the target number of participants.

Participants who will register on-site can be accommodated on a first-come, first-served basis depending on the available slots.

Cancellation Policy: A written Request for Cancellation shall be submitted to CSI on or before June 5, 2017.  Afterwhich, no Request for Cancellation shall be entertained.  CSC shall not refund the registration fee should participant fail to attend.
