2018 PINOY LEADERSHIP INNOVATION AWARDS

This award recognizes individuals and organizations who are pillars in the transformation of the Philippine society through outstanding contribution anchored to the 21st century bold leadership, morally acclaimed attitude, and charismatic personality for the Filipino nation.

BACKGROUND
The Pinoy Leadership Innovation Awards recognizes Filipinos and Filipino owned organizations who have exemplified Pinoy Values and demonstrated social impact to the society through their outstanding innovative leadership in their respective organizations. The awardees are determined by the Pinoy Leadership Innovation Awards Committee Search (PLIA CS) based on the following criteria (See PLIA CS Criteria).
PURPOSES
To recognize the excellence of the women and men of the Philippine Society.

To inspire the younger generation through the recipients’ contributions.

To promote a culture of social entrepreneurship through leadership innovation in the Philippines.

To confer honor to outstanding women and men in the country.

ELIGIBILITY
All Filipinos or expatriates working or based in the Philippines over the last twelve months, at least 18 years old during the time of application.
