WHY IS SAM BUYING KINERJAPAY’S MAJORITY SHARES?

SAM now has a strong and growing presence in Malaysia and Indonesia and currently seeks to expand its footprint to the Philippines and wants to strengthen its portfolio of businesses using blockchain technology through its Dinar Dirham Koin or DDK platform.

SAM with KinerjaPay means the strategic business will focus towards building up the revenue of SAM in eCommerce sector and through conventional businesses built from crowd-funding. These include among others, oil import/export, frozen meat/fish and other commodities, acquisition of India’s PWave Technologies, ownership of E-money remittance and E-foreign exchange licenses.

KinerjaPay enables consumers to "Pay, Play and Buy" through its secure web portal and mobile applications. KinerjaPay is also planning to launch other eCommerce verticals such as travel market, delivery services, and online gaming in the near future

In SAM’s press releases, it will come out with some forward-looking statements which can be identified by the use of words such as "believe," "expect," "intend," "plan," "may," "should" or "anticipate" or their negatives or other variations of these words or other comparable words or by the fact that these statements do not relate strictly to historical or current matters.

This is because SAM operates in an industry sector where securities values are highly volatile and may be influenced by economic and other factors beyond its control.
