Kaya Natin in partnership with Philippine Association of Campus Student Adviser (PACSA), aims to re-launch the Good Governance Caravan Program.
The Good Governance Caravan was Kaya Natin’s first program, which was primarily initiated in 2008 by our
organization’s founders—Among Ed Panlilio, Grace Padaca, Harvey Keh, Kai Pastores-Keh, and the late Sec. Jesse Robredo. The caravan conducts forums in various schools around the country where Kaya Natin Champions converse with students about good governance and national policy, based on their own experiences in public service.
Today however, we bring back the caravan not only to share the good governance advocacy, but to promote unity in our country, towards nation-building. Through this, we wish to give hope to our youth that good governance is still very much alive; and to share with them the love and passion for country, which this program was primarily built on.
Thus, we would like to invite you to join us in the re-launching of the Good Governance Caravan Program, retitled as “Biyahe ng Bayan: Good Governance Caravan 2.0”. The event will be held at FEU Tech Manila on July 26, 2016 from 2pm – 4pm. We have invited 500 student delegates from various schools around Metro Manila to participate in this launch, as well as other Kaya Natin members.
We believe that there is no better way to affect change than to teach our students, our children, and our future leaders to be ethical, empowering, and effective changemakers in society, through sharing the tenets of good governance in the country.
