Blogs are very influential!
That's actually an understatement. Blogs rule the online world! Google loves blogs! Many people rely on blogs to provide them with fast, convenient, reliable and credible information. I think all of the online information I have accumulated from the past years for my research came from blogs and social media networks.
Regardless of what others are saying, the information gathered from blogs are from real people with real experiences and real feelings. Each and everyone has different reasons why they have started blogging, each one has their own unique style of writing and expressing, but many share a common passion to reach out to the world - generously and with open arms - to make a socially interconnected world.
Bloggers are well motivated individuals with the ultimate goal and desire to express (and somehow unknowingly impress) and share their opinions and emotions - heartfelt and cherished experiences straight from the heart and soul. The readers may accept, object, and/or reject, but one thing is for sure - blogs truly influence people.

Being a community blog, it is also open to article submissions from contributors.
Wazzup Pilipinas is great because it is a collaboration of many passionate bloggers!

Another travel blog with several spots and food escapades. His blog has all the things I adore and wish I could have in my blog if only I travel that much and have a budget for a professional camera - travel, food and impressive photos. He is also from Pangasinan like my wife and a schoolmate from Mapua Institute of Technology. No wonder I kinda liked the way he writes because we both originated from an IT field of expertise and now using our blogs to share our experiences.

This young lad is still a college student from UP Los Banos but is really passionate about blogging. Not only will he dare walk with only one slipper working, he would do that from SMX Mall of Asia in Pasay City to SM City North EDSA in Quezon City - and even all the way to Maginhawa street in Quezon City - all for the love of blogging! His articles are short but straight to the point making it bite-size perfect for those who just need a quick and convenient summary of events.

This is something new for me. A blog that only talks about spa and health treatments. This will be an interesting read for those that love going to spas for rest and relaxation. Imagine a portal containing all you want to know about the spas in the Metro - and who knows maybe they'll soon go nationwide or globally.
There's actually a lot more promising blogs out there, but it so happens that the blogs on my list were the very first whom I saw posted on the WazzupPilipinas Facebook group page who were promoting their articles. Believe me when I say that there are a lot of bloggers out there with the potential to be great online media influencers. I'm just hoping that they continue to be positive role models of our society.
